Do I need a local credit score, SSN, or a local guarantor to book?
No. We know how hard it is to provide a local credit history when moving from abroad. All you need is a valid government-issued ID (such as your passport) to verify your identity and request a stay.
What is the minimum and maximum length of stay on Plextell?
Stays start at a minimum of 30 days (1 month) and can extend up to 12 months. It is designed for working holidaymakers, students, corporate travelers, and digital nomads who need flexible living without committing to a standard 1-year lease.
Can I book a home before I arrive in the country?
Yes. 100% of our bookings are completed online. You can secure your apartment, sign your digital agreement, and handle payments months in advance so your keys are waiting for you when you land.

How do I know the listing is real and not a scam?
Every home on Plextell goes through a verification process. We confirm property management rights, verify physical addresses, and cross-check real-time listing photos before any property goes live.
Is my money safe if the place doesn't match the photos?
Yes. Your payment is held securely in Plextell Escrow and is not released to the host until after you safely check into the property. If there is a major discrepancy, our support team steps in immediately to protect your funds.
Living & payments
What is included in the home? Do I need to buy furniture?
Every Plextell property is 100% move-in ready. High-speed Wi-Fi, essential furniture, kitchenware, bedding, and basic utilities are pre-arranged—just bring your suitcase.
Are there any hidden fees, like nightly taxes or surprise cleaning charges?
No. We display transparent monthly pricing. The monthly rent, any one-time exit cleaning fee, and the estimated total for your exact dates are calculated and shown upfront before you request a booking.
How do rental agreements work?
Once a booking request is accepted, a legal digital mid-term lease agreement is automatically generated for both parties to sign directly inside your dashboard.
